Returns Policy
To be eligible for return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Certain items such as custom or personal care items may be non-returnable (clearly stated on the product page).
Email us at support@[yourstore].com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping
We currently ship to select countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses.
